The Daughters of Hawaii visited the Kāneiolouma Heiau and were welcomed by Po’o Rupert Rowe and 'Aina Momona Director, Billy Kaohelauliʻi. Discussions included the plans to begin full restoration this summer, and the need for more support from both County and Community for the work ahead. Rowe and Kaohelauliʻi shared the mo’olelo (stories) of the project's beginning, and its global cultural significance.
